  • 2 Potato
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 1 Small bowl semolina
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Citric acid/curd
  • As required Some coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Eno

Directions: Rava Appe Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel potato & cut into pieces. Grind the potato, ginger and chillies. Add a little water and make a paste. In a bowl add the paste and sooji. Add salt. Add some water and make a batter. Rest the batter for 15 minutes. Add coriander and eno.

  • STEP 1.Preparations directions for filling: Take paneer in a bowl. Add some chopped cilantro, dry fruits, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and mix. In a appe mould add oil and pour the batter in it. Cook for 10-15 minutes and turn upside down. Cook fully and serve.
