  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup baby corn
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 1/2 cup red peppers/capsicums
  • As required A few slices of zucchini
  • 4-6 mushrooms
  • 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon white ground pepper
  • As required Salt

  • STEP 1.Cut all the mandatory veggies into bite-size items and gather all the ingredients.

  • STEP 2.In a pot, bring ten cups of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt. Blanch the carrot, broccoli, and baby corn for thirty seconds.
