Ingredients for Rau Muong Xao Toi (Vietnamese Stir-Fried Morning Glory) Recipe

  • 1 bunch water spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar/chicken stock

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add salt to a pan of water and convey it to a rolling boil. Blanch the water spinach for two minutes or till it simply starts to wilt. Drain and soak in/rinse with cold water to take care of the inexperienced color.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a very pan on high till it starts to smoke. Add the minced garlic and fry till fragrant. Then add the blanched water spinach, oyster fish sauce, and broth. Toss till the stems area unit tender.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Serve hot with sticky rice.
