Ingredients for Raswale aloo Recipe

  • 50 g Potatoes
  • 0.80 g Tomatoes
  • 0.40 tbsp Oil
  • 1/20 tsp Hing
  • 1/10 tsp jeera
  • 1/5 g Ginger crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/20 tsp Haldi
  • 1/5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp corriender powder
  • 0.30 tsp methi laungi

Directions: Raswale Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel potatoes and cut in small cubes
  • STEP 2.In a mixi jar add potatoes n chill n make puree.
  • STEP 3.In a pressure cooker add oil.
  • STEP 4.Add jeera n hing when jeera crackling add tomatoes puree.
  • STEP 5.Mix well
  • STEP 6.When tomato start leaving oil add potatoes mix well
  • STEP 7.Add salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder,jeera powder, methi laungi, corriender powder
  • STEP 8.Now add water .
  • STEP 9.In a mixi jar add potatoes n chill n make puree.
  • STEP 10.In a pressure cooker add oil.

  • STEP 17.Pressure cook for 5_6 whistle.
  • STEP 18.When preesure release open the lid crushed the potatoes .
  • STEP 19.Serve hot
