  • 0.33 cup Diced peeled fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened raspberries, mashed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped green chilies
  • 0.33 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 0.33 tablespoon Finely Chopped Onion
  • 0.33 tablespoon Water
  • 0.17 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.17 tablespoon Minced jalapeno pepper
  • 0.17 Garlic clove, minced
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/25 teaspoon Chili powder
  • As required Tortilla Chips

Directions: Raspberry Tomato Salsa Recipe

Cooking Direction

  • Roughly chop 2½ cups of the raspberries and reserve the rest. Combine the chopped raspberries and the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  • Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Right before serving, stir the remaining ½ cup of raspberries into the salsa, leaving them whole.

  • Prepare the salsa at least one hour before serving so the flavours have time to marry.
