Ingredients for Rasmalai kheer/Chenna Kheer Recipe

  • 125 Litre ml full fat milk
  • 50 gm Fresh Paneer
  • 1 tbsp milke powder
  • 3.50 Pieces Pistachios slices
  • 3 Pieces Saffron stands
  • 2 tbsp Sugar powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed green cardamom pwd

Directions: Rasmalai Kheer/chenna Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make Rasmalai kheer, first I took one and half liter milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  • STEP 2.We will boil the milk till the milk becomes half of its original quantity.
  • STEP 3.Take some Saffron stand in a bowl, put some warm milk in it and mix it and keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.When the milk  becomes half of it's original quantity then add 4 tbsp milk powder,
  • STEP 5.10 to 12 pistachios slices,  8 tbsp sugar and 1tsp crushed green cardamom pwd .
  • STEP 6.Stir and mix it well, cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 7.You can add more or less sweet as per your taste.
  • STEP 8.Always use fresh paneer while making kheer.
  • STEP 9.Always keep the gas flame on low while adding paneer.
  • STEP 10.Add paneer in it.
  • STEP 11.Stir occasionally.
  • STEP 12.When the kheer starts to thicken, then add Saffron milk to it and mix it by stirring it well.
  • STEP 13.Another cook it for 1 to 2 minutes only, now turn off the flame.
  • STEP 14.Take it out in a bowl and garnish with Some pistachios slices.
  • STEP 15.You can serve the kheer hot or cold.
  • STEP 16.When we keep rasmalai kheer in the fridge to cool down, after it cools down, rasmalai kheer becomes a little thick.
  • STEP 17.The taste of rasmalai kheer doubles after it cools down.
  • STEP 18.Now rasmalai kheer is ready for enjoying
