Ingredients for Rasgulla Recipe

  • 1/5 Litre milk
  • 1/5 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 0.60 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/5 Tbsp Rose water
  • 2 Pieces ice cubes

Directions: Rasgulla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put Milk in the pan on a high flame to boil.After boiling, turn off the gas.Now rotate a large spoon well in the Milk 6-7 times. Now put half the amount of lemon juice mixture in milk.At this time the milk will be granulated and now rest of the lemon juice mixture should be put in this milk.Now Chenna is ready.Filter the chenna with a clean cloth. Add cold water to it so that the taste of lemon is removed. Squeeze the water with the soft hand.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the chenna on the plate add 1 tsp of sugar and use the palm to mash the chenna. It process take 5 to 6 minutes. Again add 1 tsp Sugar and gently mix.Do not melt sugar granular in the dough.Now dough divided into a equal pieces.Now make round shapes balls.
  • STEP 3.Put water and sugar in a vessel and boil it, then add rasgulla and cover it for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes remove the lid and you will see that the size of the rasgula will be doubled.Add 10 to 12 icecubes in vessel to prevent from shrinking in size. Switch off the gas.Add 1 tbsp Rose water in it.Allow Rasgulla to rest and cool completely.Serve the chilled.
