Steps
STEP 1.Dry roast the peanuts and transfer into a blender and add red chillies, tamarind, salt make into a fine paste.
STEP 2.Take urad dal batter in a bowl, and add soaked idli rava, salt, curd, fruit salt mix it well and pour in idli plates and cook it for 10 minutes in an idli steamer.
STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies, urad dal, curry leaves, onions, salt, coriander leaves, rasam powder. Saute it and pour into the chutney and make it to rasam consistency.
STEP 4.Healthy and tasty Instant Idli ready to serve with rasam chutney.
