Ingredients for Rasam Chutney Recipe

  • 1 Packet Crushed peanuts
  • 3.50 Pieces Red chilli
  • 2 Pieces Tamrind
  • 1 Packet Small red onion sliced
  • 5.50 g Rasam powder
  • As required Urad dal
  • As required Curry leaves fresh if you get them. i used dried

Steps

  • STEP 1.Dry roast the peanuts and transfer into a blender and add red chillies, tamarind, salt make into a fine paste.
  • STEP 2.Take urad dal batter in a bowl, and add soaked idli rava, salt, curd, fruit salt mix it well and pour in idli plates and cook it for 10 minutes in an idli steamer.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies, urad dal, curry leaves, onions, salt, coriander leaves, rasam powder. Saute it and pour into the chutney and make it to rasam consistency.
  • STEP 4.Healthy and tasty Instant Idli ready to serve with rasam chutney.
