  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, prepare a sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar together.
  • STEP 3.Slowly add the roasted semolina to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 4.Cook the mixture until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 5.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • STEP 7.Serve warm or chilled, garnished with chopped nuts.

  • Make sure to roast the semolina on low heat to prevent burning.
