Ingredients for Rasabali Recipe

  • 0.33 litre Milk for chena
  • 1.67 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.33 tsp Sooji
  • 0.33 tsp maida
  • 1.33 tsp Powder sugar
  • 166.67 Litre Ml milk
  • 0.08 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 tsp Cardamom pods
  • 0.33 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Rasabali Recipe

  • STEP 1.Curdle milk by lemon juice / vinegar and wash under water to get rid off the sourness. Then squeeze excess water and hung for 30 minutes to drain off excess water.
  • STEP 2.Then knead Chena gently with the help of palms, add powder sugar + sooji + maida and knead nicely. Make round balls, flatten it to give shape of round patties.

  • STEP 3.On other hand, put milk to boil. Reduce it to half and it thickens, add sugar + cardamom + ghee, stir well and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Deep fry Chena patties till golden brown.

  • STEP 5.Now put the fried patties into thickened milk.

  • STEP 6.Now simmer thickened milk along with patties for 3-4 minutes, cover it and keep aside.
  • STEP 7.After 30 minutes, transfer to serving dish and discard cardamom pods.
