STEP 2.Take a bowl add besan ,salt, turmeric powder and butter milk mix it well and make a lumps free batter with the help of whisker, Add water 1/2 cup and mix it.
STEP 3.Heat a Kadai add ghee and add Hing,cumin seeds,, fenugreek seeds ,mustard seeds , curry leaves, green chili paste,Red chili powder , coriander powder and saute it.
STEP 4.Now add besan and butter milk mixture and stir it continuously,If required add water. Boil it
STEP 5.And cook it for 20-25 minutes in law to medium flame.and stir it continuously
STEP 6.Now add green coriander and mix it
STEP 7.For Tadka
STEP 8.Make tadka of ghee , Hing,Cumin seeds and Red chili powder
STEP 9.While serving add this tadka.
STEP 10.We can serve this kadhi with Puri, chapati and rice
