Ingredients for rajma chawal Recipe

  • 1 cups rajma
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 g reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 g Ginger
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • as required Red chilli and turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Directions: Rajma Chawal Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soaking should ideally last for 8 to 9 hours, so I usually soak them the night before I cook.
  • STEP 2.Add 3.5 to 4 cups of water and salt. Pressure cook the rajma for 5 to 6 whistles. Add tomato, green chili, onion, and Ginger to make it Puri.
  • STEP 3.Heat a pressure cooker add some oil add Puri mix it well. Cook, it is 5 min add rajma mix it well.1 whistle and cook. Ready to Serve. Serve hot with rice.
