Ingredients for Rajma chaat masala Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups rajma
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.17 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 Cup chopped onion
  • 0.33 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.67 Tsp cumin powder
  • 0.33 Tsp chat masala
  • As Required chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 0.17 Cup crushed papdi
  • 0.17 Cup sev for garnish
  • 0.33 Tbsp chopped garlic

Directions: Rajma Chaat Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the rajma for four hours..then pressure cook of kidney beans, salt to taste, turmeric powder, chopped onion 2and chopped garlic. When boiled properly, keep aside.....
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, chopped chilli nd cumin powder mix it, stir it continuously for 1 minutes then add boiled Rajma.
  • STEP 3.Again cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot in a bowl nd garnish with coriander leaves. Sprinkle chat masala on top & enjoy the chat.....
