Ingredients for Rajasthani Rabdi Malpua Recipe

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • As required Almonds A few
  • As required Pistachios  A few

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and add some all purpose flour and add some milk powder and take 1 cup milk and keep adding it to the portions when needed.

  • STEP 1.Make sure you use milk for its consistency and make a very smooth batter. Make no lumps.
  • STEP 2.Now take a pan, heat it and put some sugar and water in it to form sugar syrup.
  • STEP 3.Heat some ghee in a wok, drop some batter to make sure its hot enough. Now add the batter in the wok and cook till they are brown in color from both sides. Malpue should be golden brown and make sure to drain back the ghee in the wok before.
  • STEP 4.Make all the Malpua like this, pouring it first and then frying it enough.
  • STEP 5.Now place the previously cooked malpua
  • STEP 6.Now place the previously cooked malpua in the sugar syrup.  and keep them in the sugar syrup for 1 minutes then take them out on a plate.
  • STEP 7.Milk powder malpua are ready.
