Ingredients for Rajasthani Poha Recipe

  • 3 cup Savory flattened rice
  • 1 tablespoon Tartaric acid
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds/ Rai
  • 1 pinch Heeng
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 3 No.s Meethi neem
  • 1/4 cup Onion slices
  • 3 No.s Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 No.s Tomatoes
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • As required Corriander leaves A few

Directions: Rajasthani Poha Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak the pohe, wash off all the impurities

step 2

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl full of savory flattened rice and add half tablespoon of turmeric powder, salt and sugar, mix gently and keep aside

step 3

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan ,put turmeric, rai and onions and potatoes in the pan.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Fry the vegetables for 5-6 minutes on high flame, add red chili powder, green chilies and some lemon juice.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Put the poha's in it and cook for 30 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Serve with chopped onions and tomatoes, garnish with some namkeen
