  • 1/2 Pieces Papad
  • 1/4 cup ½ cup mang
  • 3/4 A Stem methi leaves chopped (fenugreek leaves)
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 Pieces dry red chilli broken
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli
  • 1/10 teaspoon Haldi
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • a pinch of hing (asafoetida)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ¼ teaspoon dry mang
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon 2 + ½ teaspoon g

Directions: Rajasthani Papad Mangodi Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Gently smash the mangodi to made small piece
  • STEP 2.2. Saute broken mangodi till golden brown
  • STEP 3.3. Pressure cook broken mangodi
  • STEP 4.4. Add jeera, hing, dry chilli and chopped methi leaves
  • STEP 5.5. Add all the haldi, coriander, chilli and saute
  • STEP 6.6. Stir in the boiled mangodi
  • STEP 7.Add the whisked yogurt
  • STEP 8.Roast a papad
  • STEP 9.Add roasted papad in gravy in small pieces
