  • 1/4 cup Cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 3/4 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.13 tsp p salt
  • 0.13 tsp p black salt
  • 0.13 tsp Rosted cumin powder
  • 5 pieces Kishmish

Directions: Rajasthani Oliya (curd Rice) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a parat
  • STEP 2.Take rice
  • STEP 3.Add dahi
  • STEP 4.Add sugar n salts
  • STEP 5.Mix all ingredients
  • STEP 6.Mix it all by hands in circular motion
  • STEP 7.Till it becomes creamy.
  • STEP 8.Add kishmish at last
  • STEP 9.Cool it
  • STEP 10.Garnish n serve.
