Ingredients for Rajasthani Khooba Roti Recipe

  • 3 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 3 cup Water

Directions: Rajasthani Khooba Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl full of wheat flour,  add some cumin seeds,  salt and 3 table spoon ghee. Now keep adding water in it to make a dough, make sure to kneed well- and let it rest for 20 minutes .
  • STEP 2.Now take portions of this dough.
  • STEP 3.Make thick roti using your hands and roller.
  • STEP 4.Khoba roti is thick. Make cuts on these rotis to make sure that it doesn't blow.
  • STEP 5.Make sure the chapati is cooked finely. Use a pan or maybe a wok.
  • STEP 6.When the chapati is ready serve with some ghee.
