Ingredients for Rajasthani Khooba Roti Recipe

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter/ ghee
  • As required Water

Directions: Rajasthani Khooba Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1. Take flour and add salt, cumin seeds and ghee to it.
  • STEP 1.Mix the ingredients well and knead a tight dough using a little amount of water.
  • STEP 1.Cover the dough and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 1.Once your dough is set, take some amount of it in your hands and make balls out of it.
  • STEP 1. Now flattened these balls with a rolling pin and pierce some holes into it using a knife.
  • STEP 1.Heat the pan and put your roti over it.
  • STEP 1.While the roti is getting 5. Cooked make some depressions on it by using your fingers.
  • STEP 1.Flip the roti and cook it from the other side.
  • STEP 1.Take the roti off the pan when it gets cooked evenly and drizzle some ghee over it and your khooba roti is ready to be served.
