How to Make Rajasthani Karba Recipe

STEP 01

Grind the sugar. Take mixing bowl add cooked rice nd add Yoghurt. Mix it well.

STEP 02

Now add sugar powder to it. And mix it well. Make a coarse powder of cardamom in pestle.

STEP 03

Take saffron strands. With a drop of water just rub it in saffron stand.

STEP 04

Mix it with the rice and add powdered cardamom. Refrigerate it.

STEP 05

Ready to serve..

STEP 06

Garnish with required nuts...
