  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into round parathas.
  • STEP 3.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
  • STEP 4.Apply ghee or oil on both sides of the parathas while cooking.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or curry.

  • You can add finely chopped onions, green chilies, or spices of your choice to the dough for added flavor.
  • Make sure to roll the parathas evenly to ensure even cooking.
