  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Green Chili, Finely Chopped

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat water and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, cumin seeds, and green chili to the boiling water.
  • STEP 3.Slowly add ragi flour to the boiling water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 4.Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • STEP 6.Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into small balls or cylindrical shapes.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with a drizzle of ghee and enjoy!
