Ingredients for Ragi Crepe Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Ragi flour
  • 0.13 cup Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.13 cup water
  • A Pinch Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 g Banana
  • 1 Tsp Chocolate sauce for garnishing
  • 1 Tbsp Nutella for filling

Directions: Ragi Crepe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1: in the bowl add all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients and make smooth batter for Crepes.
  • STEP 2.Step 2: put non stick tava on the gas and pre heat the tava , after that put 1/2 tsp butter,spread all over the tava and pour 1/2 cup better on it and spread evenly .
  • STEP 3.Step 3: cook on medium flame for 3,4 min.
  • STEP 4.Crep is ready, now fill the Nutella and Banana slices and fold it in triangle shape.
  • STEP 5.Step 4: keep on the plate and garnish with Chocolate sauce
