  • 1 kilogram Beef
  • 5 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • As required Green Onions
  • As required Black peppercorns
  • As required Onion
  • 2 No.s dried hot pepper

Directions: Radish Mix Broth Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut the beef in big chunks. In a large pot add beef and rest of ingredients for broth. Then add water and make a boil. Cook for 20 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Chop all the vegetables. After the beef boils add soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar. Cook for 10 more minutes and strain the broth. Now tear the beef chunks and add the eggs, beef and green onions in the broth and boil for 10 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1. The broth is when reduced to half. Its done.
