  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and a little water. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 4.Allow the mixture to cool down and then transfer it to a blender. Blend until you get a smooth chutney consistency.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with rice, roti, or as a spread on sandwiches.
