A famous bengali style recipe of stuffed radhaballabhi . Radhaballavi also known as radhaballabhi are tasty dal puris. These soft pooris are stuffed with a spiced dal filling. Basically Luchis {pooris made with all purpose flour (maida)} are stuffed with dal filling.The dal used is either urad dal or chana dal. In weddings generally chana dal is used. It is a popular street food snack in bengal and served with Dum aloor. during durga pooja also radhaballavi is made.

- 200 gram Urad dal
- 80 gram Fennel seeds
- 35 gram Ginger chopped
- 10 gram Green chilies
- As required Flour
- As required Salt
- As required Vegetable Oil
- As required Nigella seeds
- As required Hing
- As required Sugar

How to Make Radhaballabi Recipe
STEP 01
Soak and make a paste of the urad dal
STEP 02
Make a paste of green chilies and ginger
STEP 03
Knead the flour with salt,half of fennel seeds powder, half of the ginger and green chili paste,2tbsp urad dal paste
STEP 04
Make a dough and let it rest
STEP 05
Heat a pan with vegetable oil
STEP 06
Add nigella seeds ¼ tsp
STEP 07
Add hing,sugar and rest of urad dal paste, ginger and green chili paste and fennel seed powder
STEP 08
Cool it down
STEP 09
Use it as a filling for the dough
STEP 10
Heat oil in a pan for deep fry
STEP 11
Grease the surface and rolling pin
STEP 12
Make round radhaballabhi
STEP 13
And drop it in the oil fry golden both side
STEP 14
Serve with aloo dum or chola’r dal
