  • STEP 1.Heat oil on a tawa (griddle) and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 2.Add onions, capsicum, and tomatoes. Sauté until they are cooked but still retain their crunch.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Take two slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
  • STEP 5.Place the sautéed vegetables on one slice of bread and cover it with the other slice.
  • STEP 6.Grill the sandwich on the tawa until it turns golden brown and crispy on both sides.
