  • 1/5 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/5 Tomato, Finely Chopped

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and water to make a thick batter. Let it ferment for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a circular motion to form a thick pancake.
  • STEP 3.Sprinkle finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies on top. Drizzle some oil around the edges.
  • STEP 4.Cook on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
