  • 1/4 Cup one cup refined flour
  • To Taste Pich of salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • As Required red chilli
  • 1/2 Tablespoon kasuri methi
  • As Required chat masala
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Finely chopped capsicum or bell pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces Finely chopped spring onion whites and greens
  • As Required beetroot
  • As Required carrot
  • As Required cabbage
  • As Required coriander
  • As Required ginger grated or very finely chopped
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Water

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix dry ingredients like suji n flour. Add water and make a semi thick batter and leave it till you chop your veggies. Finely chopped all vegetables and add all spices as per taste in a separate bowl. Add veggies to the batter. Also add water if required to make the batter of flowing consistency.
