  • 0.33 Cup for uttapam semolina
  • 0.17 Cup sour curd
  • 0.33 Pieces onion finely chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces Capsicum
  • 0.67 g reen chilliy finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp oon finely chopped tomatoes
  • 0.33 Tsp oon curry leaves chopped
  • 0.33 Tsp oon salt
  • 0.17 Tsp baking soda
  • As Required Oil
  • 0.33 Tsp For lemon tea lemon juice
  • 0.33 Tsp Honey
  • 0.33 Packet Tea bag
  • 0.67 Cup Water
  • 1.33 Cups Murmura
  • 0.33 Pieces onion chopped
  • A Few As needed Few Curry leaves
  • 0.67 Pieces hari mirch
  • 0.67 Tsp lemon juice
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tbsp Peanut
  • 0.33 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.17 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Banana
  • 1.67 Pieces Almonds
  • 0.33 Cup Coconut
  • 0.33 Tbsp Chana dal sattu
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Quick Breakfast Platter Recipe

  • STEP 1.In mixing bowl add semolina and curd mix well and keep aside for 5minutes..
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped veggies in it.add salt and baking soda.or u can add veggies on direct uttapam.
  • STEP 3.Put batter with spoon. Now in one bowl take chopped onion and tomato, capsicum,salt, garam masala powder.put veggies mixture on it.

  • STEP 4.Cook well from both sides. Then one uttapam put on other uttapam nd make like sandwich...
  • STEP 5.U can also apply some chutney and sauce...
  • STEP 6.Take a saucepan and boil the water and water become a boil than strain in servant glass than Advani lemon juice and Tibet mix well and your lemon tea is ready..
  • STEP 7.First you need to soak murmura in a large bowl of water.. squeeze out &take out in an another bowl and keep aside...
  • STEP 8.Heat up a pan Oadd oil heat up, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds wait till it splutters, now add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.. saute it till onions are translucent...add turmeric powder
  • STEP 9.Ready to serve....

  • STEP 10.For make coconut chutney take a mixer grinder then add all ingredients like chopped coconut Setu dal salt and green chillies and add required water and grindwell if you want to tadka than you give also tadka in this chutney.
  • STEP 11.Ready to serve this chutney with uttapam sandwich.
