Ingredients for Quesillo Recipe

  • 120 gram Sugar
  • 390 gram condensed milk
  • 300 milliliter Milk
  • 5 No.s Egg
  • 1 No.s zest of lime

Directions: Quesillo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.add a layer of sugar in a pan and once it melts add another layer on top.

step 2

  • STEP 1. tilt your pan to mix the sugar but do not stir.

step 3

  • STEP 1. cook it until it turns into golden brown.

step 4

  • STEP 1. transfer it into a mould and cover the entire surface.

step 5

  • STEP 1. add eggs, lemon zest, milk and condensed milk in a food processor.

step 6

  • STEP 1. blend it to form a homogeneous mixture.

step 7

  • STEP 1. pour this mixture into the mould and close it with a lid.

step 8

  • STEP 1.place the mould in a pot of boiling water such that the water is covering half of the mould.

step 9

  • STEP 1. let it cook for 90 minutes.

step 10

  • STEP 1. once cooked take it out and keep aside to cool for an hour.
