Ingredients for Quejiadas Recipe

  • 500 gram Flour
  • 100 gram margarine
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • 1 tablespoon flour for sprinkling
  • As required Filling
  • 8 No.s small fresh cheeses
  • 500 gram Sugar
  • 12 No.s gems
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar

Directions: Quejiadas Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead well. Roll a flattened circle and cut circles out of it. Keep aside. Bring a pan with water and sugar to heat. Beat the egg yolks with the flour and add in the boiling water. Grind some cheese and cinnamon powder.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Now pour in the molds and bake, preheat to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and cool. Unmold and Serve.
