How to Make Quejiadas Recipe

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead well. Roll a flattened circle and cut circles out of it. Keep aside. Bring a pan with water and sugar to heat. Beat the egg yolks with the flour and add in the boiling water. Grind some cheese and cinnamon powder.

Now pour in the molds and bake, preheat to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and cool. Unmold and Serve.
