Ingredients for Pyaz Sangri Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 1 cup Sangri
  • 3 Dried red chilli
  • 2 Onion
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Amchoor powder

Directions: Pyaz Sangri Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak sangri in water for 4 hours.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Rinse in water for 4-5 mins.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add sangri, water, whole red chilli in the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.

  • STEP 1.Chop onions and green chilli.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan and heat it.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Add cumin seeds & asafoetida powder.

  • STEP 1.Add chopped green chillies.

step 10

  • STEP 3.4.now add chopped onions and cook for 2 mins.

  • STEP 1.Add masala- kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

step 12

  • STEP 1.Salt as per taste and mix well.

  • STEP 1.Then add sangri and ⅓ cup leftover sangri water.

step 14

  • STEP 1.Now cover the lid and cook for 2 mins at low flame.

  • STEP 1.Add amchoor powder and mix well.
