  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and mix them with spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles. Place a spoonful of the onion mixture in the center of each circle and seal the edges.
  • STEP 4.Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha, using some flour for dusting if needed.
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying ghee or oil as needed.
  • STEP 6.Serve the hot and crispy pyaz ka paratha with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
