How to Make Puri And Aloo Masala Recipe
STEP 01
In a pressure cooker, add diced potato and water. Pressure cook for 1-2whistle. Peel the skin and roughly mash it and set aside.
STEP 02
In a bowl add wheat flour, ajwain, cumin seeds, salt. Mix well. Add water little by little and knead well and make a dough. You can add palak too.
STEP 03
In a pan heat oil, mustard, curry leaves, green chillies and onions, saute till pinkish. Add salt and turmeric powder and stir well. Add mashed potatoes, salt and required water. Mix well and cook for 2mins till it becomes semi gravy. Add garam masala at last, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Make hot puris and enjoy with aloo masala and chutney.
