  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/4 Cups water

Directions: Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add a flour , salt , red chilli powder ..
  • STEP 2.Mix it well..
  • STEP 3.Add water mix the flour slowly so it blends in them..
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tsp of ghee and leave aside for 15 min.
  • STEP 5.Then fry puris in hot oil one by one .
