Ingredients for Pure Veg Biryani Recipe

  • 0.80 nos cup Dehradun basmati rice
  • 1/10 nos cup green peas
  • 0.40 nos Cup milk
  • 1/5 nos Cup milk
  • 0-1/5 nos strands kesar soaked in milk
  • 1/5 nos Tsp ginger paste
  • 80 nos gm paneer cubed
  • 0.60 nos potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/5 nos Tomato chopped
  • 1/5 nos tbsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 1/5 nos handful whole garam masalas
  • 1/5 nos tsp biryani masala
  • 1/5 nos tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 nos Tsp turmeric powder
  • As required To taste salt and sugar
  • As required As needed oil and ghee

Directions: Pure Veg Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add milk and water and boil
  • STEP 2.Add bay leaf,whole garam masalas
  • STEP 3.Wash the rice and add into the boiling milk
  • STEP 4.Cook till it is soft and dry
  • STEP 5.In another pan add shahi jeera and whole garam masalas
  • STEP 6.Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  • STEP 7.As the Potatoes are soft add paneer seasoned with salt turmeric powder and red chilli Powder
  • STEP 8.Add tomatoes and ginger paste and saute well
  • STEP 9.Add peas,red chilli Powder and cumin coriander powder and mix well
  • STEP 10.Add sugar and biryani masala and mix
  • STEP 11.Now in a pot add ghee heat and spread rice
  • STEP 12.Now add the paneer and Potato mix
  • STEP 13.Spread rice and sprinkle kesar soaked in milk
  • STEP 14.Keep it on low heat till it is well combined
  • STEP 15.Serve it with raita
