Ingredients for Pupusa Recipe

  • 1/2 No.s head green cabbage
  • 2 No.s Onion
  • 2 No.s Carrots
  • 4 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 3 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 450 gram pork shoulder
  • 1 No.s Tomato
  • 1/2 No.s green pepper
  • 4 cup masa harina
  • 3 cup cold water
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Refried Beans

Directions: Pupusa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.in a bowl take shredded cabbage, onion, carrots and pour some boiling water on it.’

step 2

  • STEP 1. mix well and let sit for 10 minutes

  • STEP 1.Add white vinegar, oregano and salt to it.

step 4

  • STEP 1. put this in a jar and refrigerate overnight.

  • STEP 1.heat some oil in a pan and cook pork in it and season with some salt.

  • STEP 1.cook it until it turns brown.

step 7

  • STEP 1.blend cooked pork, onion, green pepper and tomato in a blender.

step 8

  • STEP 1. in a bowl take masa harina salt and gradually add water to knead a dough.

step 9

  • STEP 1. make flat circles out of this dough and fill them with beans and cheese.

step 10

  • STEP 1. cook them with a little oil in a pan.
