  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind the lentils and rice into a smooth batter.

  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and spread a ladleful of batter to form a round shape.
  • STEP 5.Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
