Before I usually eat as raw or roasted seeds, but then I jumped on recipes like fritters, milk shake, smoothie, butter, pudding, hummus, toppings (garnishing) cookies and cakes

Ingredients for Pumpkin seed fritters Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp reen chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Gg paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste salt according
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Pumpkin Seed Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash properly and soak for 1 hours.
  • STEP 2.Take a mixing bowl add seeds and all above ingredients .
  • STEP 3.Mash and mix nicely. It should be like rough dough. No need to cover make instantly.
  • STEP 4.Avoid adding too many spices or leaves like coriander, fenugreek leaves, mint or dry leafy herbs to it. Just enjoy the original taste of these seeds.
  • STEP 5.Heat griddle along with enough oil for shallow fry.
  • STEP 6.Take a small size ball from it keep in griddle flatten and give round shape. Four once at a time. Finish all and serve as snacks.
