  • 1/4 Medium ripe banana cut into chunks and frozen
  • 3/4 cup Kemps no sugar added vanilla frozen yogurt slightly softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice or 1 2 teaspoon cinnamon plus a pinch each of ginger nutmeg and cloves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Full sheet low fat honey graham cracker plus additional for topping
  • As required Whipped cream optional for topping
