How to Make Pumpkin Barley Dessert Recipe
STEP 01
Peel off the pumpkin and cut it into pieces
STEP 02
Steam the cut pumpkin pieces for 15 mins or until softened
STEP 03
Wash the barley and pandan leaves
STEP 04
Cut winter melon into pieces
STEP 05
add water in a pot and add barley,melon and pandan strips into it.
STEP 06
Now boil all the ingredients for 30 mins at least
STEP 07
mash the boiled pumpkin into the pot and cook for another 5 mins
STEP 08
Then turn off the flame add coconut milk and stir it
