STEP 1.First chop the onion potatoes tomato and chilies in medium size and heat the oil
STEP 2.Add cumin , mustard seeds and black pepper in it and let it cook and add onion and fry them in it
STEP 3.Add the tomatoes potatoes chilies and cook it
STEP 4.After a few minutes add red chili powder and salt to it
STEP 5.Now add the washed rice in any cooker or utensils and put 3 cups of water (if made in cooker take 3-4 whistles)
