Ingredients for Pulao Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Basmati rice
  • 1/4 Cups reen Peas
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp garam masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp hee
  • As Required water
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soaked rice for about 10min.collect all ingredients to make a matar pulao.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add sliced onion,fry until onion turns golden in colour, now add garam masala, stir 10sec then add clean and washed green peas. Mix well for about 1min.then add soaked rice and mix it.
  • STEP 3.When rice peas and masalas are mixed well, now add water as required and salt as needed. Cover with lid at 3 whistles.
  • STEP 4.After opening the lid, hot matar pulao is ready, served with, green chutney.
