- 50 g rams of Sev
- 5 g rams of channa dal
- Handful of curry leaves
- 1/2 Pieces Green chilli (
- As Required Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsps Mustard oil

How to Make Puffed Rice Mixture Recipe

In a large kadai heat mustard oil.
STEP 03
Than roast channa dal in it.
STEP 04
Once the dal is roasted add puffed rice to it.
STEP 05
Once the puffed rice becomes crisp add green chilli and curry leaves and roast them.
STEP 06
Than add Sev.
STEP 07
Add finally add salt, sugar and Turmeric powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 08
Switch off the gas and the mixture cool down completely and than store it in airtight container.
