Ingredients for Puffed rice mixture Recipe

  • 125 g rams of puffed rice
  • 50 g rams of Sev
  • 5 g rams of channa dal
  • Handful of curry leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli (
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsps Mustard oil

Directions: Puffed Rice Mixture Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a la
  • STEP 2.In a large kadai heat mustard oil.
  • STEP 3.Than roast channa dal in it.
  • STEP 4.Once the dal is roasted add puffed rice to it.
  • STEP 5.Once the puffed rice becomes crisp add green chilli and curry leaves and roast them.
  • STEP 6.Than add Sev.
  • STEP 7.Add finally add salt, sugar and Turmeric powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Switch off the gas and the mixture cool down completely and than store it in airtight container.
