  • 160 gram Sugar
  • 200 gram Dragon fruit
  • 7 gram Agar agar
  • 500 milliliter Milk

Directions: Puding Buah Naga/dragon Fruit Pudding Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a tall blender jar, blend 200 gms chopped dragon fruit and 500 ml milk till smooth.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Put a saucepan on medium heat and transfer the blended milk to the saucepan.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add 160 gms sugar and 7 gms agar agar. Mixto dissolve the sugar.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Allow the mixture to boil.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Once the sugar dissolves and the milk thickens turn off the heat

step 6

  • STEP 1.Transfer to a setting dish/ mold. Allow to set.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Demold when the pudding is set firm.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Puding buah naga is ready.
