Made similar to an Pudina Pulao Recipe, here rice is replaced with healthy high fiber quinoa.

Ingredients for Pudina quinoa Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 6 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 1 No.s Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green chilli slit
  • 2 No.s Cloves
  • 1 stick Cinnamon inch
  • 2 No.s Green cardamom
  • 1.50 cup Quinoa soaked
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chopped mint leaves

Directions: Pudina Quinoa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak the quinoa in water. In a pressure cooker put 1 tsp ghee, 6 cloves garlic finely chopped, 1 onion finely chopped. fry until the onions soften. Add 1 slit green chilli, 2 cloves,1 inch stick cinnamon, 2 green cardamom.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Then add 1 ½ cups soaked quinoa , salt to taste. Stir well. Add water to the level of the quinoa and pressure cook for 4 whistles. Then turn the heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally. Serve with chopped mint.
