  • As required Ingredients for dum aloo
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 stick Cinnamon inch
  • 4 No.s Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 1 No.s Onion Finely Chopped
  • 200 gram Baby potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • As required Ingredients for hariyali
  • 500 gram Spinach leaves washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 No.s Green chillies chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Water

  • STEP 1.In the tall jar of the mixer grinder,add 1 cup curd, small bunch pudina (mint) leaves, salt to taste.

  • STEP 1.Blend it well in a mixer and pour the lassi into a tall glass.
