A unique combination of pudina(mint) and the very famous gujrati snack, khandvi. It is a mouth watering traditional Gujarati snack prepared with gram flour and buttermilk and seasoned with sautéed sesame seeds and few other spices.
STEP 1.1. Take a mixer and add 1cup water add ginger and mint leaves and make a fine paste. Once the paste is made, sieve it.
STEP 2.2. Then in the mixer, add 1 cup water, gramflour, curd, ginger, Red chilli and salt and make a fine paste.
STEP 3.3. Heat a non stick pan, and pour this paste. Keep cooking to avoid lumps.
STEP 4.4. Now pour this mixture on a clean slab, once cooled, cut into thin long strips and roll.
STEP 5.5. In a mini fry pan, take some oil and heat it. Now add mustard seeds and pop it up, then pour this mixture on Khandvi.
STEP 6.6. Your tasty mint khandavi is now ready. Enjoy
