Ingredients for Protein salad Recipe

  • 100 grams Paneer
  • 25 grams Boiled chole
  • 1/2 Pieces Orange
  • 50 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gms Mixed sprouts
  • 1/2 Pieces Cucumber small
  • 1/2 Pieces Carrot
  • 1 Packet Maggie magic masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1.50 tbsp Coriander

Directions: Protein Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a plate take olive oil and add red chilli powder, salt and magic masala. Mix well. Coat paneer and saute on tawa till crisp . Set aside. Add remaining marinade to tawa and saute boiled chole for 2 mins. Set aside. Once cooled in a bowl add tossed paneer cut in cubes, chole, tomatoes, sprouts, finely chopped cucumber and carrots. Add orange juice of half an orange. Mix well. Garnish with coriander
